Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid engine side by side, so what wins organically gets tested in paid. I would run the same playbook here: a hook library, one variable per test, losers killed early. I have not run drug-free allergy care, so the claims sheet comes from your site and you review it.

Why now

  • Fall 2026

Walmart rollout is on the calendar

Wizard Wellness is set to debut on Walmart's e-commerce platform, with an in-store rollout slated for fall 2026. Creator content that names the product helps shoppers recognize it on a shelf.

    Published
  • 300+

    Reviews already carry the product

The site shows 4.7 out of 5 from 300+ reviews. Creators add faces and routines to a rating that already exists.

    Published
  • $60

Free shipping over $60 fits the sets

Free standard shipping starts over $60. THE ALLERGY ALCHEMY SYSTEM is $70.00 and THE NASALBIOME INNOVATION SET is $63.00, so a bundle video can end at a free-shipping checkout.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Every pay band, ramp step and bonus is judged by whether it moves that number the right way.

  2. Ramp slowly, kill losers early

Two creators a week up to ten over six weeks. Each format runs as one variable per test, and a hook that stalls is dropped within the week.

  3. Claims sheet before camera

Creators film from lines copied off wizardwellness.com. A draft with a line outside the sheet goes back before it is posted, and it earns no bonus.

  4. Seven videos a week, short and plain

Seven videos per creator per week is the target. Each one shows one product doing one job: rinse, spray, stick, strip or set.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. PriyaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: the Sinus Rinse. Open on the counter, tear a pouch, say "Ready to Use, No Mixing or Boiling Required". One take. The hook is the only thing you change.

  2. MayaMon 11:10 AM

Can I say the spray got me through spring without sneezing?

No. Describe your routine and how it feels. Safe lines: "Gently Cleanses + Hydrates" and "Strengthens the Nasal Barrier".

  3. Weekly botAppMon 9:00 AM

Report ready: videos posted, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, top three hooks, losers killed. Open the sheet for creator rows.

  4. PriyaWed 2:15 PM

Draft back to Maya: the voiceover says it works for everyone. Cut that line. Keep the Glacial Mint stick shot, it is the best frame in the clip.

Reshooting tonight with the sheet open.

  5. Weekly botAppSat 7:40 PM

Theo's Happy Nose video passed 100,000 views, organic only. The $50 flat bonus is queued. One per creator per month.

  6. PriyaSun 6:00 PM

Pre-post check: paid partnership label on, product named in the caption, no health outcome in the first line, claim lines match the sheet. Reply done when clear.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Counter rinse

    Brief 01

    Counter rinse

“Ready to Use, No Mixing or Boiling Required”

Kitchen counter, handheld. Tear the Sinus Rinse pouch, show it, say the line, one take, no cuts.

  2. Morning spray

    Brief 02

    Morning spray

“Two sprays of peppermint and vanilla”

Bathroom mirror, morning light. Bottle in frame, say the routine in your own words, end on the cap going on.

  3. Pocket stick

    Brief 03

    Pocket stick

    “Flip, sniff, and exhale”

Pocket to nose in one shot on a commute or in a carry-on. Stick out, sniff, exhale on camera, no edits.

  4. Unbox the set

    Brief 04

    Unbox the set

    “Stop the last-minute drugstore trips”

Desk unboxing of THE NOW + ALWAYS SET at $49.47. Name each item, then drop the set into your bag.

  5. Calendar challenge

    Brief 05

    Calendar challenge

“Join our 30-day allergy alchemy challenge!”

Marked-off calendar on screen. Show a day ticked, tell what you did that day, tag the brand.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Gently Cleanses + Hydrates”, “Ready to Use, No Mixing or Boiling Required”, “Supports a Healthy Nasal Microbiome with Prebiotics and Postbiotics”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Existing customers and reviewers

The site shows 300+ reviews. People who already wrote about the products are the warmest first messages.

  • The 30-day challenge tags

The brand asks people to tag it with a marked-off calendar. Those posters already film for it.

  • Allergy-season and travel creators

Pollen days, dry air, carry-ons, festivals: creators already filming those moments fit the sets.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. First outreach is personal and direct, until you tell me otherwise.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Shows a routine, not a pitch

Existing videos show a daily habit on camera. No scripted ad voice.

  2. 2Clean claims record

No history of health promises about products in past posts.

  3. 3Views on the last ten posts

Reach is steady across recent videos, not one lucky spike.

  4. 4Can film seven a week

Realistic about the weekly volume and fine with a brief.

  5. 5Fine with disclosure and rules

Uses the paid partnership label and follows the claims sheet.

Part 7 of 15

Who we want

  • Seasonal sufferer

Films heavy pollen days and her morning routine around them.

Likely product: ALLERGY SEASON SURVIVAL RITUAL

  • Rinse-curious beginner

Has never tried a rinse and wants the easy version on camera.

Likely product: Sinus Rinse - Free + Clear

  • Commuter

Films train, bus and desk moments, always with something in a pocket.

Likely product: Happy Nose Nasal Stick

  • Frequent traveler

Packs light, shows the carry-on and what goes in it.

Likely product: THE NASALBIOME INNOVATION SET

  • Wellness ritual builder

Morning and evening routines, one product at a time.

Likely product: Daily Probiotic Nasal Spray - Botanical Breeze

  • Festival and outdoor planner

Packs for twelve hours outside and shows the bag, not just the fit.

Likely product: Multi-Benefit Probiotic Oral Strips - Strawberry - 7 pack

Left off, every time

Always left out: anyone who speaks as a medical authority, promises health results, compares Wizard to named brands, or targets children. Category rule: no outcome claims beyond the claims sheet.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Gently Cleanses + Hydrates”

Sinus Rinse videos, said as the brand's wording.

  • “Ready to Use, No Mixing or Boiling Required”

    Rinse unboxing, pouch-in-hand.

  • “Provides an Instant “Ahhh” Feeling”

Happy Nose stick videos, on-camera sniff.

  • “Supports a Healthy Nasal Microbiome with Prebiotics and Postbiotics”

Spray and set explainers, read slowly.

  • “Strengthens the Nasal Barrier”

    Daily spray routine videos.

  • “Hydrates + Comforts with Skincare-Grade Moisturizers”

    Evening routine and set videos.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Skip the doctor, use this instead

Medical advice is not ours to give, and no creator may suggest it.

  • Works for everyone, every time

The sheet makes no promise that results are the same for every person.

  • It beats the leading drugstore brand

No comparison facts exist, so no comparison is allowed.

  • Safe for babies and kids

No age facts are on the sheet.

  • Take a few strips a day

The label says use only one strip per day.

  • Guaranteed results in a day

The brand makes no guarantee, so creators cannot either.

  • Approved by a regulator

No such approval was found on the site.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Study percentages from the science page

Quote only with the study note, after the brand confirms the wording.

  • Walmart availability and dates

The brand confirms what can be said before any video names a store.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: for new creators proving they can film seven clean videos a week.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: for creators whose hooks keep landing and whose drafts rarely come back.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: for the few creators who lead a format and bring winning hooks to the library.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
  • The $50 flat bonus is paid per video, and only that video qualifies.
  • Organic views only. Paid boosts do not count toward the 100,000 threshold.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

At 10 creators and 7 videos a week the simulator lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1 target. It needs 4.2% of videos to go viral, or a median of 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Claims sheet and first two creators

You sign off the sheet, I send the first brief, and two creators go live. I pick the rinse, the spray and the stick as the first three formats.

  2. Month 1

    Ramp to six creators

Two more creators every week. Each format runs as one variable per test. The Monday report shows the first hook winners, and losers get killed early.

  3. Month 2

    All ten creators live

Ten creators at seven videos a week is 303 videos a month. The simulator is rerun with real median views in place of my assumptions.

  4. Month 3

    Cut to the best formats

Pay bands are reassigned from the data. Formats that never reach $1 per 1,000 views are retired and the winners get more briefs.

  5. Day 90

    Decision point

We compare cost per 1,000 views with the $1 target and decide together whether to keep the roster, resize it or stop.

  6. Monthly ceiling

$15,000 with all ten at the top cap

The most this program can cost in a month, bonuses excluded, is $15,000. The model's own estimate with bonus is $10,050.

$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Part 14 of 15

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the organic winner

A video passes 100,000 views with no paid push behind it. It goes on a shortlist.

  2. Agree usage rights

The creator agrees in writing to let Wizard Wellness run that video as an ad.

  3. Test one variable

The winning video runs against a cut with a different hook and nothing else changed.

  4. Scale or kill

If cost per 1,000 views holds near the $1 target, spend rises. If not, it stops.

From the video to the checkout

  • Single-product videos link to that product page.
  • Set videos link to the bundle, since free standard shipping starts over $60.
  • Subscription viewers can land on Subscribe & Save 15% or 20%, whichever the page offers.
  • Bundle gifting videos can point at Buy 2 Bundles, Save 20%.
  • After the Walmart rollout the brand decides if a video points to a shelf.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Drug-free allergy care: what creators must follow

Wizard Wellness describes its own products as drug-free nasal care. Creators describe a routine and a feeling and stay inside the sheet.

  • Only the sheet's words

Product claims come from the approved list on the claims sheet. If a line is not there, the creator asks in #claims-questions before filming.

  • No medical advice

Creators do not tell viewers what to do about their own health. They show what they do, name the product and leave decisions to the viewer.

  • No outcome promises

Never promise relief, results or timelines. A feeling can be described as the creator's own, never as a guarantee for others.

  • Study figures stay with the brand

Percentages from the science page need the study note and the brand's confirmation. Until then, creators do not quote them.

  • Follow the label

Use only one strip per day, and show products being used as the page describes. No stretching of directions for a better shot.

  • Disclose every paid post

Every post carries the platform's paid partnership label. A draft without it goes back, and the video earns no bonus.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
